Since 1998, Landmark Inspection Services has been a trusted contractor with the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). We conduct physical inspections for Section 8 housing, public housing, HUD-insured multifamily housing, and other HUD-assisted housing. Our adherence to the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) and Housing Quality Standards (HQS) ensures that housing meets rigorous quality and safety criteria.
Interagency Alignment Initiative:
In 2017, Landmark initiated participation in the White House Interagency Physical Inspection Alignment Initiative. This initiative streamlines government-subsidized property inspections by consolidating rating criteria and inspection standards.
