The inspection-inquiry form asks for your name, requested service, city and state, preferred reply method and the matching email address or phone number. You may also provide a ZIP code, timing, organization and a short message. We use this information to respond, discuss the requested services and arrange any agreed work. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Please do not submit resident details, payment information, credentials or full inspection reports. The form has no file-upload option. We can discuss an appropriate way to exchange records after the initial inquiry.
Inquiry delivery and retention
Formspree processes and screens form submissions for spam and sends notifications to info@landmarkinspect.com, which Sean and Beth monitor. The website does not add these inquiries to its earlier notification-request database. Our hosting provider processes the request to operate the form, and our email provider processes the delivered message.
The connected Formspree plan keeps 30 days of submission history. Copies delivered to Landmark’s email account are retained separately for inquiry follow-up and, when work is agreed, related business records. To ask about access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, call 828-513-0011. Information needed for agreed work or applicable recordkeeping requirements may need to be retained.
Earlier notification requests
New notification requests are closed. If you previously requested a one-time availability email, your email address, request time and consent wording version remain in the hosted database for the purpose you agreed to. Closing the form does not subscribe you to other marketing or change your consent. Request addresses are not displayed publicly or sold.
Authorized website operators and the website’s hosting and database providers may process these existing records to manage the requested notification. Requests are retained while preparing and delivering that notification, then deleted within 90 days after it is sent unless a separate permitted reason requires retention.

Cookies, analytics, and third parties
With your permission, Landmark uses Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages, clicks on our business phone number and sample reports, and inquiries whose delivery has been confirmed. These measurements help us improve the website. A phone click does not confirm a completed call, and an inquiry is not a booked inspection.
Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining does not affect navigation, reports or inquiry delivery. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to change your decision at any time. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If you withdraw permission, we stop further analytics collection and remove the analytics cookies set by this website; this does not erase information already collected.
When allowed, Google receives website activity and browser/device information and uses cookies to distinguish visits. Landmark’s analytics cookies last up to 180 days. We send only approved public page paths, report categories and action types; we do not send names, contact details, messages or other inquiry-form entries to Analytics. Page query strings and fragments are excluded from our measurement payloads, and referring URLs are reduced to their origin.
Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. We do not use Google Analytics for remarketing or install advertising pixels or social embeds. Analytics only measures visitors who allow it and whose browsers load it successfully, so totals do not represent every visit or inquiry.
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site.
